'Cookies' policy

The website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in Cookies.

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Service User’s device and indented for using the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the device and a unique number.

The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s device and accessing them is the operator of the Service, Croswood sp. z o. o. headquartered at ul. Lipnowska 21-23, 87-100 Toruń.

Cookies are used for:

  • adapting the content of the Service’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimising the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow for recognition of the Service User’s device and appropriate display of the website, adjusted to their individual needs;
  • the creation of statistics which help to understand how Service Users use websites, which enables the improvement of their structure and content;
  • maintaining a session of a User of the Service (after logging in), thanks to which a User does not have to re-enter their login and password on each sub-page of the Service.

The Service uses two basic types of cookies: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. “Session cookies” are temporary files that are stored on the User’s device until they log off, leave the website or switch off the software (web browser). “Persistent cookies” are stored on the User’s device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.

The following types of cookies are used on the Service:

“Essential cookies” that enable the use of services available on the Service e.g. authentication cookies for service that require authentication on the Service.

“Performance cookies”, enabling the collection of information on how the Service’s websites are used;

“Functional cookies” that enable “remembering” the settings selected by the User and personalising the User’s interface, e.g. with regard to the chosen language or region of origin of the User, font size, website layout, etc.

“Advertising cookies’ enabling providing Users with advertising content that is more tailored to their interests.

In many cases, web browsing software (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User’s device by default. Users of the Website can make changes to their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform on their placement in the Service User’s device. Information on how to change the setting of cookies in the most popular web browsers can be found later in this document. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of using cookies is available in the settings of your software (web browser) and in the help files available in the menu of your browser.

The Operator of the Service informs that restrictions of the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Service’s Websites.

Cookies placed on the Service User’s device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service Operator.
